We want to take the time to get to know your pet – and you – on a more personal level! We’ve found that dogs and cats are more relaxed being cared for by the same vet, in the same consult room, each visit. Knowing your pet well makes it easier for us to give you great service!
Minimal waiting times
We pride ourselves on being punctual and run on time to the best of our ability but, as we all know, emergencies can happen. We’ll always try to communicate any delays and, if the unexpected happens, we’ll get in touch to re-schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
To deliver an exceptional service, we ensure all our staff are highly trained and knowledgeable. You can be assured that when you come in or phone for information, you’ll receive the latest, correct recommendations. We regularly attend expert seminars and conferences and continually update our knowledge in the veterinary field.
We’re a small locally-owned business and do not have monetary targets or a bonus structure. Your pet will never be recommended a treatment that does not help them. The cost of any treatment will always be discussed in advance.
Community Spirit – Vets for Rescue
We are ‘Your Pets Vet – Supporting Rescue’. At the Hub, we love helping rescue animals and have formed a close bond with Albury Wodonga Animal Rescue (AWAR). We oversee all their medical and surgical needs, which we heavily subsidise, to get them ready for their new fur-ever home!
